PLM shorties vs MBH Longtubes video
Just wanted to contribute if anyone's interested.
As you all know these things were BEAUTIFULLY built. Bought them from Craig @ BIP who sent them immediately. Benzwerks did the install and OE did the re-tune. Serge recommended I keep the secondary cats due to the smell but got rid of the primary.
You can definitely hear and feel the difference with the longtubes. Car doesn't drone but has a mellow throaty v8 sound at partial throttle with no difference in stock noise cruising on a flat road. WOT is intoxicating without getting annoyingly loud. Dad drove it and remarked that the car feels lighter at throttle and it can finally loose traction at will during freeway speeds.
