Modifying standard supercharger unit
Hi all
Does anybody out in the market place perform modifications to the standard supercharger unit? I don't have any issues with my supercharger but could be interested in having it rebuilt or modified to create extra volume or pressure giving me more horsepower.
Is this at all possible?, has it ever been done? If not?, why not?
I have heard of people rebuilding turbochargers and hi flowing them...why not our superchargers?
Maybe someone needs to look at the design of our supercharger/heat exchanger unit and look at ways of supplying and installing a performance kit to it?
Regards,

No bro, you cannot port and polish these units. They are not like Eaton style blowers. If you want more power, get a nice adjustable nitrous kit and start with a small shot. You can work your way up from there.
