05 E55 AMG Maintenance and Mods
Okay guys this is what I have in the works. I finally got the motivation to do some maintenance and mods without handing stacks to the stealership. I removed SC for fresh Jet Oil and gaskets, valve covers and collectors, gaskets and powder-coat. Upgraded Heat Exchanger, Bosch 010 pump and added Belt wrap kit thanks to Shardul. I swapped out my fuel injectors with the Bosch 550cc, new plugs and wires also. Topped off with an ECU & TCU tune, Thanks Eurocharged!!
Everything went well on the install, but I am having some trouble finding torque specs or torque patterns for the valve covers, SC & collectors. I was hoping someone with star diagnostics could chime in. I wouldn't be apposed to purchasing one at some point but not sure what the best setup is without breaking the bank. I attached some before and after pics. Not to shabby, now for the crank & TB! Thanks in advance and I apologize if this is something that has been covered but I have been searching?? I believe the valve covers are 72in-lbs?
