Selling the E, am I priced right?
Am I in a fair asking price range?

Also it is worth what someone is willing to pay, so you might get that.
However I think your about $3k high for that car. People are terrified of AMG's with 100k miles

Add modifications into the mix and you really have to find the right buyer.
If it was white, with a bit less miles, pano and keyless I think you could probably get $20k, but I would shoot for $17k on this car.
Don't be fooled by what retail prices are, private sales are always significantly lower than what dealers are asking.
GLWS!

It's sad but the AMG market sucks. I will just keep it for long long time...

I would love to see you get your full asking price, but I would expect something in the $16K to $17K range.
It's a good looking car and it appears to be in good condition.
Also, your ad states you have 101,000 miles but the craigslist box says 100,100 miles. Minor typo.
Lastly, after you sell this car and trade the ML550 for a C400, you will still have three cars. Why not just sell one of the seemingly redundant Dodge trucks and still have 3 cars?
