10 sec E55 drag setup for sale w/305 rubber and skinnys
Went 10.97 at 130mph with this setup and you don't need spacers:
18x9 OEM Monoblocks w/MT drags 305-35-18
18x5.5 OEM Spares with 215-45-18 w rated tires
Cut 1.59 60 ft with this kit

That's a great price! Are those MB Emergency wheels that you're using up front for skinny's? I ask because they look very similar to the MB Emergency spare my SL came with?

ok, cool.
having no spacers and putting a 305 drag on the ground instead of a 255 is huge. the contact patch is monsterous.

Cool! Thought so, thought of trying this yrs ago but was concerned about running them to 100-130 mph (There's a speed limit rating printed on the Emergency whl/tire) You def proved the WHEELS are sound up to 130mph etc.. I'm certain the speed rating/warning must be associated w/the collapsible safety tire itself & NOT the wheel..
Do you remember what the Safety wheels weighed ALONE w/out new rubba's? Thnx

Obviously wasn't entertaining using a collapsible safety spare tire in a drag race etc Lol.. If you read my post, what I meant was there's a small chance MB didn't intend the wheel for higher speeds either (but I doubted it, it's just a small possibility)

Ricker, you crazy!!! I never ran those inflatable tires, I ran high speed performance tires on the spare rims.
I had this set up to 155mph at the 1/2 mile and were rock solid.

But aren't all tires "Inflatable?" Exactly what secret tires are you using?lolNice! You ran 155+ w/them.. Funny easily the BEST most stylish multi-spoke Emergency Safety wheel I've ever seen, MB does sh-t right!

Seriously tho peeps were diggn' the MB Hazard spokes! Luv it & see why.. I remember uncovering mine when my SL was bone stock & scratching my dome thinking jeez if those were a little wider I'd rock an entire setEdit:Just a thought, be funny as hell since these spares come w/our cars in bone stock trim.. You wouldn't be lying (small fib 2 spares vs just 1 spare) if you listed using ALL stock wheels that came w/car in 1/4 mile info (We all do it, "Yeah great times, but he's also using aftermarket skinny's up front!") Well..
