03 e55 amg lean fuel
I recently changed the headers and injectors to the 550c and retune the ecu check engine light came on its saying lean fuel bank 1 and bank 2.

.... when was the fuel pump/filter replaced? If the answer is NEVER or "I don't know" then you probably found your answer. DO NOT go WOT until you figure out what is going on.
Fuel pump is due at 60,000 miles. Change it! It's no joke. Guys with datalogging report massive changes in AFR (richer) after doing that maintenance... I think some even got retuned to compensate for it.
If you're "lucky" your car is leaking gas under the rear seat and you can have this work done for free by MB-USA. That will save you around $1300. out of your own pocket.
