lol. Mine was 4470 with 3/4 a tank and some miscellaneous crap in it last time I rolled over the scales at royal purple. She's a porker but she's pretty to me.

She's not a porker...she's pleasantly plump, just more to love.
And it does have the Pano roof, fold down seats and the spare and tools in the trunk.
On a side note, I weighed my Lightning too. It came in 320lbs heavier than the E63.

A very rotun car.
I wonder how many pounds mine weighs. Next time I have an alignment, I'll ask.
The 2005 brochure for what I assume is the US market states the 2005 E55 weighs 4087 curb weight. I don't know how curb weight is defined currently, but I define it as full fluids, spare tires, no cargo and no occupants. Basically what the car comes with out of the factory (I know, some sticklers will point out that the first aid kit is port-installed in the USA).
Seems like these brochure's figures are never very accurate and always underestimate the weight. At least that's been the case with my experience. Or maybe cars just accumulate weight as they drive (mud and dirt stuck to the bottom, coins in the seat cushions).
Gasoline weighs approximately 7 pounds per US Gallon. So the entire 21 US Gallon payload of fuel would only weigh about 147 pounds or approx. the weight of one male adult. Since it's position bias is towards the rear, it probably helps with traction.

The 2006 E55 I currently have has the traditional sunroof, but another 2006 E55 I'm considering to procure has a panoramic roof.
Where did you hear/read the pano roof weighed that much more?

IIRC mine shows 4070 as its base curb weight, that said, I always thought base curb weight was the empty weight, as in no fluids. (The same way a Motorcycle is weighed.)

In over 10 years of ownership I've never wondered how much my car weighs until today. I went to the scales today while getting in a few miles and my car comes in at 4360 with me in it with a 1/4 tank of fuel. So track day the only difference would be almost 28lbs with swapping the 19's for the 16" clk/MT setup. So 4332 with me in it on a track day.
In case anyone is wondering it weighs 4100 alone (street weight) 4072 track day. So in stock form vs modified if you take out the rear tank + 40ft hose full of coolant, Meziere pump (atleast 5-10lbs) stock manifolds & front cats are about a wash vs the MBH headers and stock wheels & tires vs my 19's and I could see her coming in at 4050-4075 which would put it right in MB's claimed weight of 4070-4087

Curb weight (US English) or kerb weight (UK English) or unladen mass is the total weight of a vehicle with standard equipment, all necessary operating consumables (e.g., motor oil and coolant), a full tank of fuel, while not loaded with either passengers or cargo......basically what it weighs when parked.
