according below step, i am not sure which 1 is EC switches ?

PULLING FAULT CODES
Switch ignition on
Set left AC/heater temperature control to HI
Set right AC/heater temperature to LO
Depress REST and EC switches simultaneously within 20 seconds of turning ignition on
Hold REST and EC switches for more than 5 seconds
Air recirculation lamp flashes
Depress right AUTO switch repeatedly. Note trouble codes
FF is not a code
2. If your E55 is 2003 or 2004 you would have an EC button.
3. If you have an EC button it is basically an on off switch for the compressor, red light on button = compressor off, no light = compressor on.
4. If the red light stays on after pushing the button the system is in protect mode.
5. Most of the time this requires an evacuation and recharge and the light will go out.
6. If your car is a 2003-2004 the diagnostics for the W210 work
7. If your car is a 2005-2006 that AC control has no diagnostics or ability to give sensor values like the 03-04's have.

and i runing a KC system with weistec sc system. the ac system will shut down in 20 minute if i cold start and no drive on road.
i think because the coolant from enigne is too hot, and the ecu detect the temp is not going down, it think it is no refrigerant.
if i drive, and let the ac system being cool before it shut down. everthing is fine.
so i need a easy way to let me to turn off the ac off sign easily, so that i dont need to always to go to dealer or workshop to clear the code.
