Power steering question and anyone have a nav DVD?

Power steering question and anyone have a nav DVD?
Watsup guys, so my car has been sitting over the winter and has now been out for a few weeks. Did a lot of work to it.
Anyway..my power steering before winter would make a loud noise upon cold startup but warmed up and was fine. I never bothered to fix it since the car was going to be winterized.
Now I topped off the fluid, (correct fluid), but steering still feels heavy. It's been a week without a noticeable difference. No noise, just heavy.
Now the question is do I need a fluid flush or a new pump?
Also, my nav disc stopped working properly a long time ago. Does anyone have a copy? Thanks

What's going on man..did you upgrade from an 06 srt8 to 15? I have a black 06 also. Good taste.
If you don't have a use for the CD let me know. Tried the '15nav but glitches. I could care less as long as map stays on.
