How to install facelifted mirrors?
Besides drilling the holes for the bolts, what do you have to do to get the facelifted mirrors to sit flush on the pre-facelift doors?

Got any pics? I only swapped to updated mirror covers and it was very easy. I also swapped the mirror glass. I have never used the heated mirror option, so I swapped the glass for the non-heated Euro version with the convex outer section. Visibility is greatly increased with this swap. I can no longer fit an entire big rig in my blind spot.

2013 GLK 250 outside mirrors
I have an issue with auto fold of the outside mirror when door closed with remote key. My inside mirror glass is able to adjust with switch inside. Does GLK 250 heated mirrors have (two motors ) one for controlling mirror folding and other for adjustment of glass mirror angle / direction ? If yes, where is motor located which controlling folding full mirror assembly when door closed? Outside Mirror is folding away from door when auto fold set up in place. It supposed to fold closer to the door when auto fold option is active. Currently I have disable auto fold option and using outside mirrors.
