High flow fittings

I'm finishing up my trunk tank install and when i went to connect my hoses, I noticed that the inner diameter of the fittings was really small. The OD was the right size for a 3\4 inch hose, but that ID felt tiny. I grabbed my calipers and measured them. Sure enough, 5\8" ID. I've modified my intercooler with 3\4" fittings and the entire system is running 3\4" hoses and fittings. These trunk tank fittings would definitely be the restrictions, so I want to ditch them.

I was doing some searching and came across these beauties on a brewery supply site. Unfortunately, only available in 1\2". Anyone have a source on something like this? They have the same OD, but there's a full tenth of an inch difference in their ID, and that's just on a half inch fitting.

haters crazy
What exactly are you looking for? An NPT to 3/4" barb? Just google "NPT to 3/4" barb" If you are using AN fittings then google "AN to 3/4" barb"

Specifically, I'm looking for a high flow fitting like the one on the right in that photo. All the barbs I have found at any of my local joints are all really thick walled with a reduced ID. It wouldn't be an issue if I had a nice lathe, but I don't.

When I was getting my TB inlet machined, I brought the fittings for my intercooler with me and the guy bored them out for me.

Another brewer supply place has this listed, it says it is high flow, 3/4 inch but does not show wall thickness...might be worth a shot http://www.ssbrewtech.com/products/3...aded-hose-barb
