Obviously this is a translation from japanese.

The things that interested me the most about it was the 500,000 yen SBC duct!! (No pic of it.)

And the fact that he has used upgraded endless pads with bigger rotors to get it to do something like 30 laps without fade..... if I read that right.

They nearly always quote engine hp over there. 640ps doesnt seem that unrealistic to me given the rest of the stuff done. Of course their dynos are usually different aswell....
