A little help with an SL 600 if you familiar with engine
2004 STOCK SL 600 runs good no issues other then when you shut it off it won't start again no CEL ,the ESP message is displayed in cluster NOT IN RED when you try to start it
,the following codes were pulled,
P20E1 charge air coolant circuit :charge air temp too high
P202E M16/6 throttle valve actuator (P0120)
C1514 Fault in CAN communication with Engine control module
P2312 one or more messages from ECU are not avail on the CAN bus CAN timeout fault
P2311 same as P2312
When you clear the ESP code it starts
Not familiar with this engine trying to help a friend ,I told him to replace the coolant pump just because, not sure if the Throttle valve actuator would prevent it from starting .after letting car sit all night it still won't start till you clear the ESP code
Any input would be greatly appreciated

When the cars exhibiting the no start hot condition pull the connectors for the ESP and see if it starts. If it does there's likely a shorted contact in the module and causes issues when hot. The module should be in the driver's side engine bay fuse box I believe. You'll see just how hot those models get with the engine bay temps.
