hey all on my e55 2003 i notice that sometimes when im driving in the morning or after work the dynamic seats dont turn on when i start the car, i had it on on my last trip but when i start up the car again I have to turn it on again....sometimes it stays on for the following trip and sometimes i have to turn it on again by pressing the memory button....is this common? I also notice sometimes I get the battery malfunction message from time to time so I am presuming my battery is low....anyone else having this issue? not a major thing to press a button again to turn it on but just wondering if its normal?
also does anyone have dynamic seats (hugging) that they keep on ALL the time? is that ok to do or will the pump always wear out quickly if we do that

Buy a new battery or you might end up with all sorts of electrical gremlins.

You can program the dynamic seats in the settings menu MFD.Originally Posted by benznewcomer

+1 on the battery, low voltage kills, you are begging for electrical nightmares and endless module replacements. Way too many members pass off on the first battery warning, thinking all is well because the warning went out. THE BATTERY MESSAGE IS THE TRUTH YOUR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAS A FAULT no joke. My advise is to replace both batteries and have alternator checked out.
wow i didnt realize a low battery was such a big issue, so you are saying if i dont fix the battery right away it will lead to more serious electrical problems that will compound itself?

Probably 500+. You should replace both front and rear batteries. C'mon though you can handle changing your own battery 😀Originally Posted by benznewcomer
