is there a gasket between exhaust sections?
When removing the second section of the exhaust, resonators and back, and replacing them, is there a gasket that needs to be replaced or do you just bolt it back on?

Yes there is a gasket. I can't really tell you much more since I had an exhaust shop do it, but there is a gasket, yes.
