2004 E55 Alarm Siren Replacement Help
My keyless entry stopped working...or so I thought. At the moment I can only lock and unlock if I do it right near the door handle.
I found out, my alarm siren is shot to hell. I get very few radio stations, checked the fuse in the trunk and it was blown. Changed it, and I did get the range back on my key fob, but it blew within a minute or so.
So now I am about to bring it into have it fixed. I was wondering if any of you guys replaced the alarm siren with an aftermarket one? I have never been a huge fan of the OEM one, and if I have to do it, I might as well check to see what you guys have done, if anything.
