Need some advice on my next purchase

I posted this in the S63 section and there's not much traffic there - then I remembered from my E55 days that this room always has a fair bit of traffic and knowledge so I'm hoping for some good feedback.
I've had the CLS55 for a few years now and am looking for something different within the AMG family. The new S63 would be used as a DD and I've got a budget of ~$60k give or take $5k for the right car.
So the question: Aside from the facelift of 2010, are there any major issues / benefits of one year over the other (2009 or 2010 s63) that I need to consider in my decision and search??
Also - I am looking into and researching getting into a 2012 S63 with the 5.5 TT and get a 2012 instead. Any feedback or experience there?
I am looking for a white / black car with less than 40k miles. Appreciate the feedback and advice.
