Coolant leak. Help please
So I started driving today and for the first time ever I get a message that says, check coolant level. I keep going to my destination and then check my fluid. It looks fine. But the I realize there is leaking coming from the front of my car. I have a split cooling system and am thinking it may be from that system.
How many sensors are there for low coolant. Would it notify me if I have a leak in my split system. My reservoir looks fine.
Help please.

If your system is split then the leak must be coming from the engine side. The sensor for coolant is in the header tank.
