Eurocharged never helped me !
Hey guys just want to share this with you all just because I'm really disappointed in the etune Jerry at eurocharged sent me. I've been waiting over 2 months for them to reply back with any info .I keep emailing them and nothing till now ! I have a horrible tune that's dumping to much fuel .way to rich .first I contacted Jerry and I told him what was going on he said it must be my car because his tunes are good .so I said ok ,can u help me what to look for so I can fix this problem .so first he said my aits are to high to data log that ,I did sent them to him and he said they where 100% perfect.then he didn't reply back so I email him again he said my ic pump must be dead .me knowing it was not I checked it out and it was fine .then he said I have air bubbles on my system so I drained the coolant out follow what they told me to do .he didn't reply back to me for a while .so here I go again asking for help now he saying that it's my fule pumps or my fuel pressure ,that is wrong because I just replaced my fuel pumps and Mercedes Benz made sure all my fuel system was ok ..so I told him that then he said my injectors might be upgraded to 550cc so I checked an no it's the stock ones !! Last email I sent him was over 2 months ago saying will you be able to help me out .can you just lean out my tune a bit and never heard from them again !!so disappointed ! I went to 3 tuners and showed them my chart they all say the same thing it's my tune. this tune is with 180crank,kleemann headers,FTP he,ic 010 pump ,split cooling
this one is 84mm sc pulley, kleeman headers,010 ic ,FTP He
this one is 84mm sc pulley, kleeman headers,010 ic ,FTP He

You aren't that far from Jeremy if you are in San Diego. With that said, I'm sure there is more to this than meets the eye. Jerry has always been very responsive to emails etc., and bends over backwards to help people out.
If it's hot out when you took that log I wouldn't be surprised if it's dumping fuel. With all of those mods are you datalogging? What are your IAT's at? You're going to fight getting an accurate log and subsequently an adequate tune until you can get cooling under control. These cars are finicky to start with, if you don't cater to all of its' needs its not going to cater to yours.

^^^ agree and in this weather wouldn't be surprised if your iats are high to begin with. On jerry and EC they always come through so log your iats and will give a better indication to the tuner as well

Well you got a 30 hp increase going from 84 mm to a 180 crank. Not too far off. Your problem is where you started. You don't have a dyno queen for sure.

I've been down a similar road. I can't keep modding these cars anymore until they come out with a software the owner can use and tune. Its just a problem relying on other people to tune your car, because of unforseen issues.

Now this one confuses me. I just looked at your file, it does indeed show that A/F is commanded to be 11.8. When this doesn't happen, it is due to another mechanical issue. We have tuned thousands of these cars, and you don't have a custom file.
We would recommend taking the car to Vlad at:
AUTO SOUND PERFORMANCE
7338 Mission St, Dayl City, California
He has a lot of experience on the cars. From a dyno sheet, there is no possible way to tell if the car has a "tune" issue or a mechanical issue unfortunately.

Like everyone says, check your IATs and also how old are your upstream O2 sensors? If the tune "commands" a certain A/F ratio, then it will only happen if your sensor values and real world A/F values on a true wideband do not coincide

And yes I know it depends on the weather but that day it was cloudy and when I got to the shop the car was off with hood open and a huge fan in front for about 1hr and a half ..was if 3 tuners have told me is my tune not my car .guess I'm just going too get a custom tune

If you can find someone that can legitimately look at a dyno and tell me what part of the tune is off or 100% it is the tune, I need their number to hire them immediately. lol
If you could do so spirited driving while data logging and post, we as a forum could most likely tell you what is going on. When you see fuel dumping like that, the car is protecting itself. (High IAT/Temps, bad 02 sensor, boost leak etc)
While I can certainly understand your frustration on the issue, you also have to understand how often we field these requests. We have people on a daily basis blaming tuning for mechanical defects. (sometimes a year post tune) I have had 3 of our tuners look at the file that you are running to verify the commanded AF. Something is off man, and telling the car to dump fuel.
Can you flash the car stock to see if you have the same problem?

Dude, you are very hard to take serious when you can't even spell correctly and form coherent sentenes. And why do you keep saying "it was sunny day, or cloudy day" you do relize the sun shines at the north and south poles, it doesn't mean it's 95 outside...lol...

So because my spelling sucks I won't be taken seriously ?lmao ohh ok cool.I said that because I can't remember exactly what ambient was it.

Your IATS seem to be within reason, your O2 values seem to be fixed at 0.9volts which is pretty rich. Not sure if that was the commanded voltage or what your car is interpreting it to be
