Did that, just couldnt find if this car had p30 or not? Cant see the options list.

Thanks man! !

Was ready to pull the trigger today but found this. ..what do you think is this.. it is coming from right underneath the engine where the engine meets the transmission I had them put it on a lift and saw this so had to take the cover off and found this leak underneath not really sure what it is they said they are selling this car as is so not sure what to do at this point

It appears to be a leaking rear main seal. Requires dropping the transmission.

Yep, they are saying its going to cost almost 700 to fix. He said its a normal leak and just to leave it. ..is this normal? Id prefer it to be fixed

I would suggest getting it fixed. Rear main leaks happen on these cars. It's not a major red flag since it's bound to happen. I would get it fixed before taking delivery for peace of mind.
