Using that prob to bump up numbers is simply lying to a customer. The only reason it is there is to correct for atmospheric temps and to give a closer to correct wheel HP numbers. It is true though that same might heat up that probe to get higher numbers but its not the thing to do.
You can set up a Dyno Dynamics to put down whatever numbers you want using the correction factor. A tune only C63 would not make 430 to the wheels with out using a temperature correction. Most people with Dyno Dynamics use a correction to bring them closer to Dyno Jet numbers that everyone is used to seeing.

Hi Tony....
I got your name and number from Jason, and I'll contact you..I have a Renntech E55 that you guys touched for me over at the old shop. It ran sharp as a tack.
Quick question....We have a CL63 with a 156 in our shop...problem is, it has the Performance Package. It is just plain lazy. I know there's not a bunch to do on a 156, but can we improve it at all with software? I'm curious as I know the little extra HP in the PP comes from software, so... I'm just down in Macon, so bringing the car by is easy. Thanks if you can help. You can PM me if you prefer....
