Forrest Gump 9

Hello all

I have a problem with my wagon. It rained really hard today, I was just happened to sit in the car while it rain. Low and behold, water start dripping down my left foot, right where the clutch pedal should be.

I read about this problem long time ago, but search after search I couldn't find my answer. Just wondering if anyone know the fix? Thank you
