What in the Hell could this sound be....??
I have an 05 E55 with 75K on it. The other day I'm driving down the road and I'm hearing a sound coming from the front drivers side (or at least that's where it sounds like its coming from)........it sounds like an old bed spring squeaking. I don't hear anything when the car is driving down the road on flat pavement, but when I run over some cracks/bumps in the road I hear the squeaking bed spring sound. I pulled the front wheel and everything seems tight. I don't know where to look. Could it be a body mount? The car rides fine, NO leak in the air system and NO codes? The car just had new tires in the rear from the MB dealer and I put new brakes and rotors on myself. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
