I am having exactly the same issue in the UK (surrey)

I have not tested for compression as yet but have done everything else you have done and my logs look pretty similar to yours.

suprised with my setup up that IATs are similar to yours. but tells me I don't have a cooling problem.

Did more runs today as HULK suggested, attached. AFR started around 11-12 at 3k revs and went to 9-10 smokin fuel by the time I hit 6k.
On my previous tune with a 185 pulley, if IAT's hit 140-160 I would see AFR's around 10-10.7 coupled with a pull in timing. With methanol I have yet to see AFR's dip that low, as I typically see IAT's stay at around 10F above ambient in third gear. EGT's never go above 1250 either.

AFR dips every time I hit the gas pedal. does not matter what IATs are.

I am no where near a 185 pulley - mods are,


550CC TTM injectors (looped fuel rail)
83mm smaller supercharger pulley
82mm throttle body
EC charge cooler/ split system /engine bay tank/ Johnson 30 pump
Shorty Rentech exhaust manifolds (kept Primary cats and original back boxes) removes secondary cats and centre box

your compression is probably fine unless it smokes all the time. does it smoke heavy on kick down only? who tuned your car on what mods?

he car was originally done by MSL.
had the EC HE
johnson pump
83mm pulley
EC remap

I decided id go for the 77mm pulley. had it on the dyno and the AFR kept dropping to 10.3. so all mods removed and stock pulley and mb map installed.

even with the stock components its still running rich.

I have the var back but will be giving it to Olly at PCS to take a look into.

There is no smoke coming from the car?

Im pretty sure its some kind of sensor that is failing... But no errors are showing in stars... confused.com

the funny thing is i managed to get 29 mpg going from j8 M25 to Cardiff central...
