Damaged Pulley

Garage damaged the pulley when pressing a new bearing, sadly tried to tell me its normal. Looks like the black back plate has been bent, maybe dropped or bent when pushing the bearing, I freaked at them. Time to find another garage, not before this gets sorted.

Assume its a replace, trying to flatten it, is going to be hit and miss, any advice welcome?

Dang, how did they even manage that? Don't they know the oven and freezer trick?

Hard to tell from the video, but it looks like the aluminum part where the front of the springs mount is what got bent.

If you pause the video at just the right point, the gap looks perfect

I think it was when it was stuck on the shaft. its the weakest part of the pulley but thats no excuse.
