Your trans cooler lines are connected to your radiator correct?
If so, which i'm sure they are your concern is irrelevant pertaining to how much trans fluid the radiators hold, all you would need to due is check actual trans fluid level from dipstick tube.... Once that level is correct your lines are filled to spec....

Thanks Shardul. I am putting together everything needed for a radiator, H/E and pump install. I picked up the transmission dipstick and all that was left was how many quarts of transmission oil to buy. Thanks for the info.
