Thoughts on 265/305 19" tires

Wanting to get a little more aggressive on my tire setup. Possibly give the car better cornering?

Has anyone run this combo? Opinions? 265 too wide for the front?

'06 E55

I can't remember if I am running 255 or 265 fronts, but I am running 305s on the rear and they look aggressive. 20x10.5" with a +42 offset. I had to have the fenders rolled, but it was worth it because it looks badass.
