sometimes I get codes for these misfires, seem like when the fuel is low, or if im stopped going up the a hill giving it med throttle, once I restart it its fine. not sure if coil packs can act up once in a while. Once I clear code its fine even at wot blasts.

Could just be bad coil packs. Switch those coil packs with coil packs from another cylinder and see if you still get the same misfire or if the misfire follows the potential bad coil pack. Make sure you note which cylinder you switch out the coil packs.

have to give that a shot it hardly does it but need to figure it out.

You can also do the same thing with the plugs and wires. Odds are it is probably something simple.
