Where to get a decent, easy to use service manual
I need a service manual for mu '06 E55. I ordered some discs from Ebay, unfortunately I need to be a computer engineer to install this thing on my computer. There's eight pages of installation instructions, and not being a computer or tech guy at all I understand little of it. Is there a paper based installation manual available anywhere, or a computer based one that you don't need to be Steve Jobs (I'm a Mac user) to install and use?

That's epcnet, won't have service manuals. There's Star Tekinfo which is about $20 a day. I guess you bought the knock off WIS DVD on ebay for around $10? You could also try Alldatadiy, but people say that their instructions tend to be pretty bare and hardly worth it. There are coupon codes out there that make it really cheap though.
Unfortunately there isn't really a paper manual out there anymore and in this tech age, you need some tech savvy otherwise you're reduced to going to the dealer or an indy.
