So I was told to try the benz touch up stick to fix some stone chips on the vehicle, upon reading instructions it states to apply the touch up paint to the areas and "let it dry for 30 minutes and paint over the metallic paint with the clear coat", is the clear coat another paint solution I have to buy?

Anyone used these touch up paints with good visible success
