Car has no power

As states car has no power all of the sudden I have the killer chiller installed iat reads 90+ usually I'm in the 50s or low 60s not sure why its so high, the tank was ice cold, I gave it full throttle and it ran lean both banks around 13-13.3 so I did not drive hard after that, this was after I washed it and attempted to go for a spin was running good 3 hours before that, I got po2098 for the last 2 weeks and been clearing the light which ill be replacing the rear o2s when they come in tomorrow but it started doing this while there was no codes present feels like a 200hp car right now as well? any help would be appreciated? thanks

If I am reading this correctly your rear 02's are bad. My car had one bad 02 (DS pre-cat) and the car would occasionally run into a default limp mode and sputter around town. No CEL's either. We discovered after watching the LAMBDA in STAR and found it was being lazy

I read your post recently I hope the new o2s fix the problem yes it feels like its in limp mode not sure why the iat are staying so high? was there a certain reset that has to be done after replacing the o2s?
