Hello guys , my name is alan .Im new to this forum. Yes i seen threads on this topic before but they haven't answered all my questions , just bare with me guys . I just bought a 2008 e63 about a month ago . Got a really good deal , paid 25k flat 49k miles from a cop no accidents . Car runs smooth except recently i picked up a weird noise some times i get a clunk sound when I come to a red light . Mind you I still didnt get a tranny fluid exchange , which should be the reason this is happening , other then that it runs perfectly . ill get that issue fixed sometime next week . Im looking into mods , i know its an na motor , i heard its difficult to squeeze power out of this engine but its possible. Im really intrested in kleemann tuning , therefore i talked to cory from kleeman usa. If i get there headers , pus a flash tune , i should be getting around 90-100 hp , add another 80 mm throttle kit and airbox with k&n filters i should be getting an additional 30hp . what else is left besides cams which are too expensive there , around 4k from kleeman . Guys i need to know the maximum mods please w/0 a SC. Any info would be cherished and obv taken into consideration . Thank you ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Btw The car is a beast , and sadly i believe a lot of people underestimate the m156 motor . Also feel free to lmk abut any other tuners that have additional tunes for the car that kleeman dosent offer![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Since you have over 100 views and no responses Ill throw in my views. Keep in mind my knowledge of the m156 is limited to this forum. Headers and a tune are solid mods. I would suggest MBH headers. Pricey for sure but the best. Your mods that actually produce hp/buck are limited. As for a tune I would do a lot of research. Most hp figures people throw around are rwhp. Don't think 90 rwhp is possible with those mods. As for the TB I have not heard of people doing it on an e63. M156'are fun to drive for sure. If you can gain 60 rwhp from headers and tune then I would do it. Keep in mind owners of the m156 have been disappointed with the outcome of their mods. That being said intake and exhaust mods do wonders for n/a engines. Good luck
