Sorry if stupid question but is it anyway possible that leaking valve covers can lead to a rough idle where the vehicle vibrates at startup in park mode?

Maybe really poorly sealed ones - how did you seal up breather cover?

don't think so,, leaky TB or intake maybe ,, look for hose or vacuum leak but not valve covers
