Yet another wheel question

I have a 2006 E55 and someone on CL is selling 2015 S550 19" 245/45/19 and 275/40/19 original wheels.

Would these wheels fit on my car?

I see - I have 2K budget and I want to get a decent wheel/tire set that looks good. what do you recommend? I had my eye on HRE FF01 or BBS CH-R but they are more then what I have budgeted for. maybe I will be able to score a used one on the forums!!!
