Performance meter/AITs/boost??

I'm thinking of getting a device to measure HP ET's. I have read about the apps but I kind of want a more permanent one. G-tech is alittle basic. The pro series looks better. Would really like one that could tell me AITs and boost. Not sure if the ob2 port can read that stuff. I'm not real informed on this part of the car or technology. Any suggestions? Looking for $300 or so. I have an iPad but no service outside of wifi so I don't think it will do anything

I have done searches but to be honest I'm not searching for the correct key words.

Have you gave thought about zeitronix zt2 zt3? I've hurd really good
Things about em. They are quiet expensive when you combine a dashdaq to it. I believe $700-$800.

Suppose it depends on how serious you want to go with it.. Yes the dashdaq or its replacement the Ndash is great! But costs.. If you not to serious and just want boost and AIT then use your existing iPad or for me my android phone and buy yourself a puck for the obdII port which will give you that information.. You can get the wifi or the Bluetooth pucks for obd2 for dirt cheap... I started out that and then wanted to get more serious with it all so now have the Ndash Zt2. Kit.

I think I'm going to try it on my android phone first. Dashdaq is probably where I will go.
