Idler bearing failure on belt wrap , anyone know the part no for the bearing ?
Hi
I have the belt wrap kit on my E55.
In the 18 months I have owned it the bearings on the left hand supercharger belt idler pulley have failed 3 times.
Each time I have replaced them with the same part number.
Is there any tricks ?
Would anyone have the part number for this bearing ? I am stuck at work, and would love to call a bearing shop and order new ones and or ask for better quality ones.
Also the anodizing is coming off one of the pullies where the belt runs on it. Not sure why that is ?
The car has done about 18,000 miles in this time. ( it is my daily )
Thanks for any help.

Not sure which "left-hand" to which you are referring. The following references the double-pulley located by the alternator.
When I rebuilt the stock metal supercharger idler pulley on my car I used an NSK 6203 ZZC3 that I purchased off of Amazon.

Thanks, I ended up welding the bearing up and re- boring it so it was a slightly interference fit and there was no end float.
Went with precision fit bearings, shop gave me C3 last time. feels smoother with no belt on, see how this goes.
