They're very clear that it is AS-iS and 'not up to our pristine standards'

Every used vehicle is sold as is? Who cares about pristine standards! It's 20k less the what it's worth, hell you could trade it in and make money off of it lol
And if so worried buy a warranty still worth every penny

Check the carfax
2 previous owners and every single service record available seems legit to me.

What is Manheim/Auction values looking like? Car is at an MB dealer so they got it somewhere cheap (auction or trade).

There may not be any cheaper but for literally a few thousand more you can get one in a better color and under factory warranty.

How much more for better color and warranty? $40K is really cheap considering most are going for $50K to $60K.

I still have a year left on my factory warranty, so I'll continue slumming it out in the E55 (poor me!)

Maybe because no one likes the W212 front end It's why I decided not to get one. W211 ftw!

I wish they had made the headlights one piece like the facelift W204 C63. It would have been a game changer for the W212.

I hated the front end too...until I saw it with an updated grill. Now I like it better than the facelift which I can barely distinguish from the C or even CLA anymore.

Literally $2k to. $3k more with 10,000 fewer miles and a factory warranty. Check out autotrader.com. There are nicer examples with fewer miles for close to the same price.

I mean fellas if anyone is interested in buying my E55 i would be glad to Invest In this car
It's a great deal hands down! it amazes me to see how cheap it is being sold for
For those that say you can find better for 3-4K more with less miles and factory warranty please post em up.... cause this by far is the Cheapest I have see one and I have been keeping my eye on em.
As for the looks to each it's own, nothing some nice rims/carbon fiber spoilers couldn't fix
And let's be real how easy are they to make power with? I would slap some down pipes little bit of giggle juice tune it n call it a day, easy tens.
Maybe when I get rid of some of my toys I'll get one but for now I'll keep stalking

If I could I would. It's as simple as that. There are times when dealers "steal" cars from customers or realize they can either auction or retail it. They may as well retail it and get a sale on the board so they price for quick sale. Some dude going in for a base model E class will see it and grab it by the end of the week.

If I could put one of these engines in my current car and add distronic plus, I would not even consider the W212 quite honestly. I am feeling the itch though

That's really cool and all but i don't see an available carfax or factory warranty
And yet they are more costly not really sure what your point is here God knows how many previous owners on your vehicles?? The one posted is a legit 100% car to back up everything with paperwork anyway gl with your search your deff going into the right color I mean direction
And let's get it straight... this car I posted I have no business with regardless so I could give one s*** wether it sells or not just figured I'd post up incase anyone was looking for a good deal.

You may want to read the description: **ONE OWNER**, **CLEAN CARFAX**, BALANCE OF 4 YEAR/50K MILE FACTORY WARRANTY

Ok so car is a 2012 with 40k miles
Most likely owner purchased in 2011 how many months are left of warranty very few if any call dealer and confirm when it expires... So and you think that paying 4 more thousand is better to pay for the couple months you may have left on the factory warranty versus buying a car for 39,700 maybe even lower due to working out a deal and then buying a warranty that will cost about 3-4K buuutttt you will have it for another 3-4 years... Hmm which is the better deal think about it if you were buying these cars what would you choose to purchase.

I would absolutely pay $4k more for a much better color and a car that's still under factory warranty. When under factory warranty, it makes it MUCH easier to get an extended warranty and you can get a warranty for double the miles at the same cost.

For example, with USAA, you can get a warranty on a car from 50,000 miles to 99,999 but it is only good for 24k miles but if it has less than 50,000 miles the warranty at the same rate is good for 48,000 miles. Again, yes, I would pay 10% more for a car with close to 30% fewer miles and is still under factory warranty over one with an undesirable color with higher miles.

It's really a better color "black" ahaha keep on preaching brother!! I say you get one? you'll feel a lot better about your color and your car
And if I was purchasing one, who the hell cares about a warranty?! won't be stock long enough To find out what will be covered anyway if that's what you care about then pay more bro nobody cares.

Yes, in my opinion black is the better color but to each their own. I'm glad you don't care about a warranty but I certainly do and I have mods on my MB, larger intercoolers, injectors, down pipes, BOV's, tunes, exhaust, trunk mount coolant tank, ETC, ETC and I have a warranty.

You seem to certainly care enough to write everything you did. There are lots of great deals on the 2012 to 2013 E63's. A quick search revealed the deals and those are only asking prices which can certainly be negotiated even further.
