Yes but monitoring more than a couple values at once will make it lag and it won't be "real time" anymore.

'99 and '05 E55 AMG
Connect your fuel pressure gauge to the port on the passenger front side of the fuel rail. See the following thread for lots of info on fuel pumps and the fuel pressure sending unit (actually the integrated filter/pressure regulator). While you're at it, change the fuel pump relay hidden under the passenger side trunk panel. A $3 part will put your car on the side of the road....
