Rotors and pads
Need rotors and pads for my 08 E63 wagon. Where is a good place to get them without paying an arm and a leg for them? I have 58K on the rotors so time to get new ones.

I wonder about your driving style as I routinely do in excess of 300,000 miles on rotors.
Over 100k (predicted) on Akebono pads.
Amazon has good deals if you are premium member.
Than just google part number.

Rotors are typical "revenue increase" for brake shops.
Just few extra minutes added to pads replacement allows them add significant labor charge and often makes hefty profit on parts mark up.
Measure the thickness and compare to min that is stamped on the rotor.
If you don't have deep scratches and more than 0.5 mm thickness left, no need to replace the rotors. Even big lip can be grind off.

I replaced my pads only around 60K with no problems. As long as there is no scoring on them and the lip at the edge is not pronounced from wear you can do just the pads.
I got my pads on amazon. Cheapest I could find.

Also, my brakes were starting to squeal (fairly common) and I knew that if I did them, I could use the proper materials, like lubing all moving parts with caliper grease and the pad backing paste, to mitigate that somewhat in the future. I also used Porterfield pads. So far, so quiet. I'm holding my breath.
Also, make sure you are looking for E63 pads. They are not interchangeable with E55 pads. As far as I know, Akebono only makes pads for E55's. I would have used them, but from my research, they weren't made for the E63's.
I think others have used the one piece rotors from the C63's, but I'm not sure. Do a search on E63 brakes here and you'll find the info you need on that. It's definitely cheaper and if no tracking, may be a path for you to consider.
