Coilover Conversions - yes / no
Time for shocks and really thinking about doing the coil over conversion with the caster mod. I live in Michigan and typically drive around in sport 1 on 19" wheels.
Anyone else have any experience on road like Michigan with coil overs? My S4 is just fine with coil overs but it is a lighter car.
Thinking Bilstein pss9 or KW2.

I had Bilstein coils on a 2004 996 Turbo, and I really liked them. The ride was not harsh at all. I think I would prefer the Arnott's on an E63 because it is such a great grand touring car. The E55 from what I gather is a bit more of a "raw beasty" ride so coils seem appropriate. JMHO

So.. you want to purchase an E350 suspension and then Buy the shocks that will bolt to that?
I did this for a friend. I didn't like it right away. he didn't like it later. Personal preference as always though. The Audi makes more sense.
