E55 intake manifold vacuum on a dyno run, what's the norm ??

Ran an E55 on the dyno the other day, has a few mods and goes well.
made just under 500 hp @ wheels.
I noticed when I read the vacuum after the throttle body and before the blower inlet it was pulling almost 5 inches of vacuum.

My belief is this is a sure sign of bigger t/body required.
It has larger air cleaner inlet system, but the t/body and intake ( back of supercharger is stock )
Would we notice much difference ?
What are other people getting ??
I am a little nervous about doing the t/body as there are many stories as the tune will have to be changed as well.

Any suggestions ??

This place is a joke.
82mm TB gets you 25whp, .1sec and 1mph in the 1/4 mile. Yes, it will have to be re-tuned.
