I'd keep the E55. I'm also one of those *******s that thinks if you have to finance (especially on a used car) that you really can't afford it. I'm sure almost everyone here doesn't feel the same way.

i have that issue too. I was raised that if you cant buy it outright, you cant afford it. I agree with it for the most part though its not always the right thing to do. With that said, ive never taken out a loan and this E63 would be a first... Im being told i lack loans and that It would help me with the mortgage.

i've been told...although not sure how factual this would be, but having a car loan in good standing from 6-12 months as long as your loan to income ratios aren't too stretched should actually help your home loan outcome. the longer the car loan the better, but again this only works if your income to debt ratio is still in the green. my buddy who used to be big with home loans back in the day suggested that all bills including auto loans should only take up 33% of my monthly income to be in the "green".

It's hard to find a clean E63TT for $40K... they are still in $45K to $50K range. This means 60 months car loan around $800 per month. Also the insurance and registration for newer car are more expensive. Just my thought.
