Crankcase breather system help!

I did a search and found little information. When I was doing some much needed maintenance on my new 04 I found the PCV system missing in parts.

When I took off the y pipe there was a port in the rubber on the drivers side that was wide open. On the valve covers there were two ports on each side, the larger one was open to atmosphere.

From my google fu it looks like there are two systems. One attaches to the smaller ports on the valve covers and connects to a T under the throttle body. The other connects to the Y pipe.

I looked here and on the web to see if there was a diagram or parts list for the system. I found kits on Ebay (looking only for part numbers, not to buy) and found the part numbers below:

112 018 01 82 Hose
112 018 02 82 Hose
112 018 03 82 Hose
112 018 04 82 Hose
112 018 02 09 T connector
117 990 15 78 Connectors

After looking some more I believe this may be for the lower system and not the part that attached to the Y pipe.

Does anyone have the part numbers for what I am looking for? Do I even make sense? As for now, I plugged the port in the Y pipe and left the valve cover ports open to atmosphere. I do not daily drive it so I am not in a rush. I just want to put the car back to where it belongs.

Thanks in advance for the help!
