First, I just had to LMAO at your comment bro... "At full throttle, it makes the kinds of noises that turn heads, makes mothers protect their babies, and turns boys into men."
Aside from your funny comments... good luck with the sale, be safe on your travels, and thank you for your service.
I'm at similar crossroads and am thinking of selling mine only because of financial situations.

Best of luck with the sale, can clearly see she was loved by the details given...same with mine, just can not let her go easily, even when i got great offers for her, i tell them...she is my first wife/mistress
Just curious, how are you finding the TTM fuel rail/ injector combo?
full airbox setup was an other mod i never noticed a difference with, except eye candy

I also have the black/merlot combo and its nice. Very subtle.
If I didn't have so many cars I needed to sell I'd consider buying it as it's "done". Really nice, I'm a bit envious.

Update: Just had two fresh rear tires put on and I have done zero burnouts with them. I had a flat tire that could not be repaired, so I just replaced them both. This highly upset me because I was looking forward to roasting them down to the cords before I put new tires on.
Front tires have maybe 2,000 miles on them.

Bumping. Any "lurkers" or newbies looking for an E55 and for whatever reason "don't want to buy a modded car" for whatever reason you are NUTS! Dumbest thing you can do is NOT buy one "done". Between mods, tuning, and headaches it will cost you $15K-$20K to get a car to run like this. Not to mention your time.
For those saying "don't want a car that had been raced" then go buy a stock one that has likely been driven hard "solo' versus 2-cars racing. The result is the same, take-off from dead stop, go through the gears to whatever speed and the solo "pull" or quarter mile "pass" is over.
I could make a crude analogy here everyone would understand but same exact thing...

Had this car come up a few weeks earlier I would have put up the extra cash and bought it. Bad Azz ride.

Huge value for money item here guys. One need only read a handful of Dennis' threads to appreciate how much care, effort and money has gone into this car. Dennis, good luck with the sale and with your ventures going forward and thanks for your willingness to help out and share the benefits of your many trial and error experiences over time
Thanks, everybody. Sale is pending.

That's cool I just bought an 04 E55 about a week ago, I changed all the fluids and spark plugs/filters. Replaced two lower control arms and ball joints along with a new super charger bearing installed. I have yet to install a bigger pump or heat exchanger yet or get a tune. That will come be coming shortly, how much did you pay for your rear bilstein shocks? They're going for around $433 a piece online it seems like, kind of a bit high if you ask me.
