What is this green button/light/label inside the trunk lid?
This on the inside of the trunk lid. I have no idea what it does or what it is for.

Safety thing in case someone in the trunk needs to get out. Strange, but that's what it is.

Ah hah! That makes sense. It's a button that opens the trunk from the inside. I should have figured that out.

LOL, I was going to be an A-hole and ask if you are good with puzzles? But my wife can do the Sunday crossword in fifteen minutes and she couldn't guess what it was....so I've gotta give you a pass.

Yeah lol it is just a button that lights up inside when the trunk is closed just incase someone gets locked in the trunk they can get out.
