Here are my upgrades I got a few questions -

180 mm vrp crank pulley
82mm tb
Needs wings cold air intake
83mm clutch supercharger pulley
Floored fab long tube headers
C63 vorsteiner exhaust
Eurocharged heat exchanger
Bosch 010 pump
Split cooling with return reservoir
One step colder plugs
Upgraded coils
Water injection with a cm10 nozzle
Looped fuel rail
550cc injectors
Ecu tune eurocharged by jerry

Am I good on cooling mods ? If not what should I add?
Also what kind of power should I be putting down with these mods ?

im running almost the same setup except that i have a Engine bay tank(2 gallon)the iat temps are way below ambient,i use torque pro app to monitor values.
do you have any problems with map sensor cel (82mm tb)?

How much do your IATs raise over ambient? If it's a lot the issue is likely your meth isn't set up correctly.
