Guys, which ones has the M156 engine? is 2008 CL63 one of them? Thinking of buying a 2008 CL63. How reliable is it compare to W211 E63?

 

Generally speaking all *63 models up to 2011 have the M156. The exception is the C63 which continued to use the M156 up until 2014.

I would think a 2008 CL63 is just as reliable as the w211 E63 sans the fact that the CL has ABC, so you'd have to take that into account.

Needless to say, I've been very happy with mine.
