Issue disabling TPMS with DAS
Hi,
I'm trying to disable the TPMS on my 2004 e55 with star/das.
All the guides I find on this forum say to go to instrument cluster and code it out. I have tried that but TPC doesn't show up under IC in my car.
When I try to disable it under the main TPC menu I get a communication error. Has anyone else run into this? I was able to disable it under central gateway but that hasn't helped.
Thanks!!

I want to say I disabled mine in the CGW like Roc said, then just set it to "not present" I then stopped getting the warnings in my dash from failed sensors...
Just kick tires before you drive and then check pressure once a week.

On Renee's SL55 I have three different places that deal with TPMS.
I set it up this way.
And then re-activated in command. Still don't have TMPS tire light on dash at startup though. Might need to drive around a bit.
