Help with offset math?

Been sitting here burning up the internet trying to find a solid answer on this with mixed results. Figured I'd come to the experts for a definitive yes or no.

I just purchased a 2006 E55 AMG with what appear to be the 19" Style IV two-piece wheels. Not sure if they are reps or the real deal, haven't pulled them off to check yet.
Wanting to go back to the stock 18" setup but haven't found any E55 stockers yet. I did find a set of AMG wheels, not sure what model they came off of, I think an SL55, but here are the specs:

F - 18 x 8.5 ET30
R - 18 x 9.5 ET33

Tire size I would be running is F - 245/40/18, R - 275/35/18
Would I have any fitment or rubbing issues with this setup?

I used a wheel offset calculator and it tells me the fronts would be 6mm closer inner and outer. Is than an issue on the E55? I've seen guys are running rear wheels and tires on the front so I assume there is a little more room to work with there. The rears would be 12mm towards the outside... with a 275 tire would I be OK in all suspension modes?

I know most aren't psyched with the SL55 wheels on an E55, but price and comfort trumps looks for me right now.

Anyways, any input on the fitment of this setup would be greatly appreciated.

Disclaimer: I'm currently researching wheel/tire sizes, but I haven't actually purchased any yet, and I'm running stock wheels and tire sizes at the moment.

That being said, my research says you are fine on the front, but the rear will be close to the fender. It may come down to the actual section-width of the brand of tire you're using, as well as whether or not you have camber arms installed to dial-out the negative camber. With the 275's you may be within a couple mm of rubbing.

Joe, thanks for the info.
Found another set off of a 2016 E350 Sport, front is ET35 and rear is ET42.

Any idea if that will work?

It depends on the wheel width. Offset means nothing if you don't know the width.

ur on the fender line at that, they stick out after 35mm on the rears, if u drive lowered u will need 40=42 with a 9.5 and at 33 u will have a tough time with bigger tires u need a nice tire wall but thats if u drive lowered, u should be fine with that setup on a stock ride height

Thanks for the info guys... after reading everything I can find on this I've decided just to go back to stock E55 wheels and tire size and leave it alone after that. Without spending several thousand $$$ on wheels, it's not all that easy to find aftermarket wheels for these cars. With the stock wheels and tires it will ride smoother and be plenty of tire for my purposes.
