4000lb Sideways
Some flare stress warping under tension, but I don't mind the look. High strung!
Going to work on the rears next, point of no return!
Full pics when it's done, about mid April, after spacers and new TSW wheels come in. TSW just featured my car on their IG, woo!
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Require some minor manual fine-tuning but satisfied for a v1.
Got a deburring tool in the mail, too.

If anyone else is excited, lemme hear a hell yeah! (in the form of an embedded GIF)

Mounted up rear spacers, adjusted the flare arch a little bit by removing material.
Tried to mount from spacers, realized that they won't fit over the hub because of their own centric ring. Need to order different ones, fack.
EDIT: Have a good lead, researching viability with my team at FCP Euro.
While all that's happening, next up is attempt at a different front lip and an oil change sometime soon.

FCPEuro friends verifying an alternative 20mm front spacer and I'm headed to downtown SF to machine down the lip from the BLOX one in the pictures.
TSW very special backorder is coming in tomorrow! I'm going to wrap them with 245mm rubber first to make sure I'm clearing the sharp bits and then will see if going up to 255/265 is viable on current spacing and ride height, fine tune from there.

Time flies! So much work went into this project and looking at it all now, none of it seems like a big deal, where does all the time go... Death by a million small tasks.

Now, I searched up and down the internets for something that will work and there's no guaranteed fitment. However, H&R make a spacer that they say fits the W211 E63 as well as the E211 E500 and W211 E350, the DRA 40556659:

I'm hoping this is simply an oversight on H&R's part (W211 AMG E class got moved to the 6.2L quickly, I wonder if that's why) so they never verified fitment.
Order me the thing above, please, that's the next available logical step.
